Here's our experience ("our" means this is not a single persons experience, it is common and endemic with Flashcom"):
For Tech support, changing or upgrading your account -
1. Average wait time to talk to someone - 30 Minutes
2. Anyone you talk to is either poorly or totally untrained. (so they're no help!)
3. We waited weeks for call backs after dozens of calls begging for help.

Officers and employees of this company an not honest when dealing with
customers. The Vice-President of the company made a public assurance to a
customer at the Internet World trade show in Los Angeles and Flashcom
promptly proceeded to ignore that promise in dealing with the customer.

Flashcom is one of those companies that promises great services and prices
but summarily changes (degrades or lessens service) policies after they
flimflam a consumer into signing a one year contract.

Even when Flashcom obviously fails to live up to promises and delivers
awful service, they attempt to hold customers to the terms of the one year
contract when a customer terminates service. This company has the gall to
sic a collection agency on any customer who "prematurely"
terminates service with Flashcom, even when that termination is
justifiable as a simple fact of breach of contract by Flashcom.
Our advice: Why waste your time, effort and money. Take your business anywhere else!
